District Judge G. Todd Baugh sentenced a rapist to only 30 days because "he had suffered enough". During the three year trial fraught with delay by the teachers (44-years old) defense team, the victim (age 14 when raped) committed suicide, it is said she suffered much abuse from other children at her school. The judge described her as "more mature than her chronological age" and made excuses for the defense team.
People, I urge you to sign this petition and remove District Judge G. Todd Baugh. Rape is a crime and not a weekend activity for teachers with students.
