Impeach Antonin Scalia and investigate him for a violation of the oath of office required of US Supreme court judges.

Created by B.F. on March 29, 2013

On 02.27.13 Justice Scalia stated that the continuation of Section 5 of the Voting Rights Act represented the "perpetuation of racial entitlement."
On 12.11.12 A. Scalia unabashedly defended his own homophobia, likening homosexuality to murder, saying “If we cannot have moral feelings against homosexuality, can we have it against murder? Can we have it against other things?"
The oath of office requires that justices remain impartial and protect all persons' rights equally under the law. These statements indicate he is not impartial, & that this hinders his ability to vote justly, without passion, on issues regarding the constitutionally protected rights of Americans regardless of race, creed, color, class, religion, gender, or sexual orientation.
