Impeach any elected official that infringes upon the 2nd Amendment and violates their Oath of Office.

Created by M.D. on January 11, 2013

The national debate on violence is an important one that should be addressed by all with input on the matter (legal gun owners, law enforcement, health care professionals, clergy, business interests, entertainment industry, etc).
However, the unconstitutional restrictions on the 2nd Amendment cannot be tolerated by law abiding citizens. Moreover, the political expedience that is lending motivation to elected officials to consider violating their Oaths of Office is troubling. Should a vote come that infringes upon the 2nd Amendment, all officials who vote to do so have committed treason and "other high crimes" by violating their oath to defend and support the Constitution of the United States of America.
