Failure to demand and otherwise assure the fiscal solvency of the full good faith and credit of the United States is a fundamental breech of fiduciary obligations required by the Constitution and the oath of office, and is a grave threat to national security. Failure to comply or impede the natural process is a fiduciary breech constituting "high crimes and misdemeanors" and will be prosecuted to the to fullest extent of the law before the people. A Select Committee so empaneled will handle all violations. The US Senate shall vote on and pass a budget with the House of Representatives in full participation of that process. Any official, including POTUS, found to obfuscate that process in any manner shall be held in violation of their oath's of office and appropriately impeached.
