Impeach any lawmaker that enacts or votes for a law that later becomes unconstitutional.

Created by M.B. on January 25, 2013

The Constitution is the law of the land..every lawmaker should read it and understand it. They also took an oath..PROTECT AND DEFEND the Constitution.
If they enact or vote for a law that is later found to be unconstitutional then they have broken their oath.
Therefore any lawmaker that enacts or votes for a law that is later found in court to be unconstitutional they should be impeached and shall never hold any public office again.
