In regards to the Supreme Court ruling Obama's acts unconstitutional in the recess appointments. Obama uses his power of executive order to bypass the original checks and balances set-forth by this people for this people and the original constitution that is deemed non-negotiable as the highest law of these United States of America. Obama gives weaponry which he deems "too dangerous for the American people..." to Mexican drug cartels that use these weapons on American citizens. As such may be seen as an act of terrorism and or treason against the American people. Hence-forth this petition deemed necessary for the impeachment of President Barack Hussein Obama.
