Force Senate to hold Impeachment trials for every member of Congress on grounds of bribery. Heading the prosecution committee should be Elizabeth Warren for her excellent reputation on rooting out corruption and conflict of interest issues. If the Member of Congress is found guilty of bribery, put him/her in jail, and hold special elections to replace him/her.
