Congress has failed to pass a budget in either of the last two years. Members of Congress are guilty of malfeasance in office for failing to do their elected duty. Each member of the last Congress still part of the new Congress should be impeached and sued to recover all monies paid to them during this time period. Special elections will need to be held to replace all of these violators of the public trust.
