We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.
Specifically speaking, "The right to bear arms shall not be infringed". According to SCOTUS, this right is insured for every single individual that is legally born in the United States. This right must be upheld by the citizens, as-well as the Government.
As-of now, this right is NOT being upheld. It is being infringed AND WE THE PEOPLE MUST do something about it before our rights to defend ourselves are gone!
