With the knowledge that Executive officials can be impeached for “treason, bribery or other high crimes and misdemeanors.” It would seem clear that there are serious grounds to argue that lying to Congress is one of the more dangerous potential “high crimes and misdemeanors.” Are "We The People" meant to sit back and watch our elected officials maintain such unaccountable persons in positions of power? Therefore, Intelligence Director Clapper lying to Congress, while Congress is performing oversight, not only impedes a Congressional inquiry and investigation, it is mocking our system of government. Concerning the Attorney General, it seems that his inability to oversee his operations (Gun smuggling, AP phone record subpoenas, Verizon wireless scandal) is a clear indication of his inability
