Governor Cuomo has created a law behind closed doors, which was printed 20 minutes before being voted on in the Senate. The People of New York and our Senators had no time to review. This is unconstitutional and the line must be drawn. We the people should have full disclosure on all laws being proposed. Backdoor Politics will not be tolerated.
