The Constitution was written to restrain government. No amendment is more important for this purpose than the 2nd amendment. The 2nd amendment was written so that power is kept with the citizenry in face of a tyrannical government. It is well understood that the Constitution acknowledges certain rights can not be limited by government.
President Obama has made it clear he does not believe in the Constitution or the inalienable rights Americans have to keep and bear arms. President Obama is actively working to destroy the 2nd amendment by signing executive orders to circumvent it. For this reason, We the People of the United States of America petition for him to be tried by a Military tribunal for treason against the People and the Constitution of the United States of America.
