Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia has, according to news reports (https://www.yahoo.com/news/scalia-dismisses-concept-religious-neutrality...), stated that "there is 'no place' in the country's constitutional traditions for the idea that the state must be neutral between religion and its absence."
In doing so he has denied First Amendment protections to those who do not subscribe to any religious belief. This group includes both atheists and agnostics. Such a person is unfit to serve as an interpreter of the constitution in our highest judicial court.
We ask that the administration call for Scalia's impeachment and removal, so that another justice with more respect for the constitution may be appointed.
