Justice Antonin Scalia has demonstrated his blatant racism in calling part of the Voting Rights Act "racial entitlement". This demonstrates his inability to impartially rule on this Act of Congress and possibly others. At the very least he should recuse himself from ruling on this matter and at best, should retire and step down before he is impeached.
