We the people of the United States, respectfully ask for the impeachment of Mike Pence. In concordance with the Jefferson's Manual section LIII, 603, which states that “impeachment may be set in motion by charges preferred by a memorial, which is usually referred to a committee for examination”, I submit the enclosed petition for review by the House Judiciary Committee (for precedent see Hinds Sec. 2364, 2491, 2494) regarding the impeachment of Mike Pence.
He has previously acted in self interest in office, not accurately represented what the people want, and his platform as well as previous actions negatively impact basic civil and human rights. His association with Donald Trump also raise suspicion on illegal actions. We decline his vice presidency and request a new election be held.
