The president, vice president and all members of congress have to take an oath as a condition to taking a position in our government.
These oaths all elude to defending and upholding the constitution in it's entirity.
When they attempt to ignore or out right ignore the terms of the constitution, they have breached their contract in the conduct of their duties.
This oath is an official contract with the people as their servant in this office and when breached, your assignment to that office is void and no longer good.
Viotation of the Second Amendment, the First Amendment and all other provisions of the constitution means you know longer hold that position of office and should be removed.
There are no exceptions to this oath, if there comes a need to change, use an amendment.
