Obama waited 4 months, three weeks, three days, and 1800 airstrikes before asking congress to officially declare war on ISIS. Although, this clearly goes against the War Powers Act (also referred to as the War Powers Resolution) which was passed in 1973. It clearly states that the President cannot go into combat without Congress officially declaring war for more than sixty days. Obama has broken a federal law so he must be impeached.
