This is a petition used to rectify human error. This petition is to prevent the allocation of education grants already in to the fiscal year of 2013 . There is no outlined formula for the 5% cuts on the Head Start programs. If their is an Early Head start program combined they absorb a 10% grant deduction. A grant is an allocated contract agreement during the grant writing process. The White House can not Sequestor an allocation already in place to deviate from a debt on non secured parties that are not privy to the American Populous. That financing needs to be found in other sects of industry. We can not conform our education of our children because somebody made a contract and has been violated. Let The White house dig in their own pockets. They each make $400,000 -contribution.
