The second amendment as passed by Congress reads as follows:
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
The actions of President Obama clearly infringe on these rights. Furthermore because President Obama leveraged executive orders, he has bypassed all legislative proccess and therefore has nullified the people's voice in this decision.
Therefore, his actions can be interpreted as hostile towards the security of a free State and need to be evaluated by Congress and the Judicial System. Failure on the part of Congress and the Judicial System to perform their duties may lead to further demand by the people to impeach Congress and the Judicial System as well.
