On September 30, 2011, Obama ordered the extrajudicial killing of suspected terrorist, and American citizen, Anwar al-Awlaki. By doing so, he acted as judge, jury, and executioner of an American citizen.
The United States citizen is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Al-Awlaki was not convicted of any crime. Therefore he was innocent when he was killed by the Obama administration.
Obama has violated the Constitution he took an oath to protect. He should be granted the right of having an impeachment trial before Congress.
The Obama administration should recommend that Congress impeach Obama. No one is above the law, not even the President.
