impeach Obama under the false advertising of bringing US troops back to the US from overseas occupation in Iraq

We the People of the United States wish to impeach President Obama based on false advertising used to manipulate voters, specifically returning US troops to the US from occupation of foreign countries Iraq and Afghanistan. In accordance with this impeachment we also wish to request a complete financial investigation to examine the relationship of President Obama and General Steel.
