On January 26, 2013, a federal court of appeals ruled that President Obama acted outside of the Constitution in electing 3 members to the National Labor Relations Board.
Instead of acting within the restraints of the constitution, Obama attempted to stack the system in his favor by electing 3 of his friends to control the same board who deals with mortgages and banks.
Surprisingly enough, this could have been legal... If congress was out of session and unable to elect their own representatives. The problem is congress WAS in session and Obama ATTEMPTED to override congress's authority to elect representatives.
This was a blatant disregard for the constitution, his role as President, and the very democracy which keeps our country free.
