Article 1 of our Constitution demands any taxes levied on the American public must be created in the house, the affordable care act did not follow our Constitutional law for its creation. Obama willingly ignored the laws by executive order to strip parts of the law out. He clearly has violated the American people rights and liberties along with illegally acting outside the scope of the executive branch powers given to him in our constitution. It is the law that any president or body of government be impeached for such violations of the laws they have taken an oath to uphold and protect.
