The 113th Congress became the laziest in history and earned the name of “Do-Nothing Congress” for their refusal to pass any substantive legislation, and instead, made blocking Obama their number one legislative goal. Paul Ryan has been heading and promoting this behavior. He only serves the interests of the Kochs. He has not served the American people. Therefore he has not done his job.
