Under United States v. Nixon (1974), the Supreme Court ruled that the office of the president is subject to the same laws as the citizens of the U.S. Therefore, the Obama administration has infringed upon the 1st Amendment rights of the citizens with the wire-tapping of phone lines of American citizens. The administration has also infringed upon Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution by invading Libya. Under the current Administration, the IRS has targeted the President's political opponents. Under the current administration, Susan Rice lied to the American people, and was named the National Security Advisor.
Mr. President, for these reasons, under the ruling of United States v.Nixon, we, the American People, call for your impeachment and/or resignation.
