Request proceedings for the impeachment of President Barack Obama due to the intentional unlawful release of five Taliban fighters from the U.S. Dentention Facility at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba in exchange for alleged United States Army deserter Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl. Mr. Obama's lack of notification to Congress requesting approval of this prisoner swap directly conficts with the United States Constituiton. Furthermore, this act has increasing put American military servicemen at risk of capture. Foriegn emenies now know the Obama adminstration has reversed the long standing policy of not negotiating with terrorist. The capture of U.S. military servicemen just became a lot more valuable to foreign terrorist and they now know they can achieve their objectives as the expense of our troops.
