Impeach President Barack Obama for breaking a federal law to which he is not exempt from.

I request that he instead be impeached from Office on the following grounds:
President Barack Obama did willingly admit to release of 5 members of the Taliban (labelled a "Non-State Terrorist Group" by Congress and the President), Mohammad Fazl, Khairullah Khairkhwa, Abdul Haq Wasiq, Norullah Noori, and Mohammad Nabi Omari. The Taliban army chief of staff, a Taliban deputy minister of intelligence, a former Taliban interior minister, and two other senior Taliban figures in exchange for 1 U.S. soldier, Sergeant Bowe Bergdahl who did write a letter stating his desertion of the Armed Forces.
This qualifies as U.S. Code § 2339A - Providing material support to terrorists. This applies to ALL Americans, President included.
