President Barack Obama, as well as his administration, has committed perjury which, as defined in the Constitution of the United States, falls under the category of "high crimes" and is therefore punishable by impeachment.
The Obama administration is guilty of perjury based on, but not limited to, the following premises:
1) The Obama administration was aware almost immediately of the severity of the attack in Benghazi, Libya. However, blamed a "viral video" for weeks, rather than the rightful party; terrorism.
2) The State Department refused Ambassador Stevens' request for additional security, as well as his warning of the repeated threats to the Benghazi mission for months. However, Vice President Joe Biden stated that the administration "did not know they wanted more security".
