President Obama has unilaterally exceeded his authority in his abuse of Executive Orders. He has continually violated the U.S. Constitution and violated the separation of powers from the Executive Branch.
He has also selectively chosen which laws to enforce; he has abused his powers of abuse in spending and creating companies in the solar industry that have gone bankrupt. He has steadily decreased our military stature around the world. He has abused his Executive Privilege powers in refusing for the Congress to investigate the following: Fast and Furious, DOJ numerous interference with State authorities, etc.
