Impeach the President due to his inaction off upholding his oath to defend the U.S. against ALL enemies CONUS/OCONUS!

The goal of this petition to impeach the President, Barack Hussein Obama, for:
(1.) His inaction to save the lives of American Civilians over multiple military engagements by terrorist gourps ,( i.e. ISIS/ISIL, Al Queada, Taliban, Boko Horram, against the U.S.A and his lack of ability to save the lives of American hostages.
I.e.: Golf while American Civilians are murdered by a terrorist group; Multiple 'family' vacations; And the diffusion of responsibility to the members he elected to his Presidential campaign.
(2.) His inability to conform to the Constitution of the United States by erasing, deleting, and/or getting rid of information intentionally to cover actions of said Presidential Cabinet and Government run offices, while irresponsibly spending tax-payer money. MORE TO COME!
