Since Mr. Trump has won the Electoral College votes, America is more divided and chaotic due to Anti-Trump protests in the nation and hostility towards people of other race/culture, faith and sexuality and towards Trump's supporters. The protests and hostility have been disrupting communities' unity/safety and affecting the Americans' well-being negatively. What influence Anti-Trump protests and the hostility? President-Elect Donald J. Trump's: 1) Inexperience in public/social service and in the government; 2) Lack of emotional intelligence; and 3) Destructive human relations/interactions. President-Elect Donald J. Trump does not qualify as an effective leader to the Americans and as the president of America, our great nation. I hope Congress puts the American people first before Trump.
