President Obama recently illegally swapped five 'detainees' being held in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba for a U.S. soldier who deserted his post in June 2009 and defected to aid the Taliban in a region along the Afghan/Pakistan border without notifying congress of his actions.
The five 'detainees' were in fact high level senior members of the Taliban and they will continue their reign of terror after their year vacation in Qatar is over.
Not only were Obama's actions illegal but he also set a precedent that our soldiers and citizens, if captured, can be traded for high level terrorists.
Obama has time and time again broken the law and ignored the system of checks and balances put in place to prevent men like him from exacting their sole will on the American people.
