President Obama has been a part of and has allowed the blatant disregard of the Second Amendment and has deemed most firearms illegal. Note that the Second Amendment says that people have the right to bear arms. It doesn't say that citizens have the right to bear arms with certain regulations. According to the Bill of Rights we should be able to walk around with an M4 select fire rifle.
