We petition congress to investigate impeachment on the grounds that President Obama has, through executive action, overstepped his powers and failed in his duty as POTUS to "protect and defend the Constitution of the United States"
The 2nd amendment is not something one man is allowed to circumvent via executive order (as would a King)
The constitution is the basis of our Republic and the executive orders taken January 16 have harmed our civil rights.
