President Obama has disregarded his duty to uphold the constitution to the best of his ability. He allowed a traitor, Hilary Clinton, to walk free. The constitution defines treason as "Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort." By putting classified information on a unsecured server, Hilary Clinton put it at the risk of falling into the hands of enemies of the US. This would fall under Clinton possibly giving aid or comfort to enemies of the US. Obama has ignored this. "I do solemnly swear that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States." He failed his duty.
