The wording of the second ammendment is "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.'' by the text and definitions of the words 'arms' and 'infringed' it is unconstitutional to impose gun control of any kind. this petition is aimed at impeaching president Obama if his administration attemps to bypass congress to impose what he calls an "assault weapons' ban, high capacity magazine ban, or semi-automatic weapons ban.
