We the people ask the federal government to Call on Congress to act on an issue:

Impeach President Obama over the transfer of ICANN

Created by N.W. on October 01, 2016

"Congress shall have Power to dispose of and make all needful Rules and Regulations respecting the Territory or other Property belonging to the United States" - Property Clause of US Constitution (Article IV, Section 3, Clause 2). ICANN and the Internet was created by the US government by taxpayer dollars. Until Oct. 1st of 2016, it had oversight from, and was part of, the Department of Commerce, which is why ICANN was not considered a monopoly due to it being government property. The Obama Administration handed over ICANN to a multinational entity (the UN), which is in direct violation of the Constitution.
