President Obama made an illegal treaty (never submitting the deal to congress for ratification) with Iran bypassing congress. He then paid Iran $400 million in cash (untraceable finds to a hostile country,) for a ransom (Iran explicitly declared the payment to be ransom). A total sum of $1.7 billion in US tax dollars will be paid.
