Impeach President Obama for violating his oath of Presidency by not upholding the Second Amendment

President Obama has announced a 23 point plan to ban firearms and standard capacity magazines. By imposing such a measure on the people, the President has violated his Oath of Presidency by failing to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America. We the people will not have our rights infringed and be accountable for an individual's act of violence. If a ban is imposed to ban firearms, only the LAW ABIDING citizens will be affected because we purchase our guns from licensed gun dealers that perform back ground checks and have the serial number of the gun attached to the buyer.criminals will still have their weapons because they were bought off the streets and no serial number is attached to the buyer,therefore disabling our abilities to defend ourselves from criminals
