Article II, Section 4 of the US Constitution provides that the President of the United States may be impeached, tried, convicted, and removed from office for the commission of "high crimes and misdemeanors."
We now know, by President Obama's "come after me" dare in his press conference this week that he is the one who instructed UN Ambassador Rice to lie on five national television programs that the attack upon our consulated in Benghazi, Libya was simply a protest about a movie trailer.
Gen. Petraeus has now testified that his sworn testimony in this regard was altered by the Adminsitration, in other words, falsified. The President's above-noted dare re Rice helps prove who altered it. Pres. Obama thus suborned Gen. Petraeus' perjury. Impeachment articles must be introduced.
