John Kerry swore an oath to protect and defend the US Constitution.
September 25, 2013, John Kerry signed the UN Arms Trade Treaty.
Violations of Oath:
Article 5(2): "Each State Party shall establish and maintain a national control system, including a national control list.."
According to 28 C.F.R. § 25.9(b)(3), it is unconstitutional to create a federal gun registry.
Article 9: "Each State Party shall take appropriate measures to regulate, where necessary and feasible, the transit or trans-shipment under its jurisdiction of conventional arms covered under Article 2 (1) through its territory in accordance with international law."
Agreeing to abide by International Law in regards to small arms inside the US is also prohibited by the US Constitution.
