My petition goes to the heart of fairness of our government. Representation of our citizens against corporate corruption. Should the united stated Supreme Court Justices sides with CTS Corporation, creates a bias and or conflict. This occurs as a result of the United States Justice Department injecting there brief on behalf of CTS Corporations. Should the Supreme Court Justices side with CTS Corporation the justices would be in a direct violation of the victims or it's citizens 4th, 5th and 14 Amendment rights to the United States Constitution. This type action, under law is define as a dereliction of duty.
