Numerous Supreme Court rulings in recent history are split on a clearly partisan basis. However, in many of these decisions, the facts are evidently not in support of the final ruling, and instead the "facts" have been absurdly twisted to fit the partisan desires of the Justices.
Case in point - our founding fathers did NOT narrowly define "corruption" as being SOLELY a quid pro quo transaction. Yet in the recent McCutcheon ruling, the prevailing Justices determined exactly that, valuing moneyed interests above truth and American Democracy.
The Supreme Court is obligated to the American people as a whole, not just the ones who can afford to spend $3.6 million on Congress every 2 years. This decision is CLEARLY partisan and thus should result in impeachment.
