Impeach, Try, and Convict NY Governor Andrew Mark Cuomo for Violating His Oath and the Constitution.

The NY SAFE Act (Secure Ammunition and Firearms Enforcement Act) is an unjust law that violates the 2nd Amendment of the United States Constitution. The law was rushed through legislation and signed the very same day in the dead of night while ignoring the required 3 day period review. Andrew Mark Cuomo has violated his oath of office and has punished the law-abiding citizens for what few monsters did outside of New York State. Cuomo clearly shows he only cares about his personal agenda to be elected as President in 2016, while ignore the citizens of which 52 of the 58 counties have passed resolutions opposing the SAFE Act. We need to make an example of such tyrants that we will not tolerate their abusive behavior for their political gain.
