We the People of The United States of America request the Congress to enact articles of impeachment against President Barack Hussein Obama for the following reasons.
1. Using the executive powers of the office of President to illegally bypass the 2nd amendment of the Constitution in an attempt to suppress the rights of the people to bear arms as defined in the 2nd amendment.
2. Violated Federal Law by covering up details of the illegal transfer of guns from the U.S., to the Mexican drug cartels and lying to the American people of the operation.
3. The enactment of the Affordable Health Care Act which forces Americans to purchase health care which is in clear violation of the Constitution.
4. For lying to the American public about the attack on Benghazi.
