The President-elect must be impeached for of his crimes, his misconduct, and his damage to our foreign relations. Fifty national security officials have said that, “[he] would be a dangerous President and would put at risk our country’s national security...[he] weakens U.S. moral authority.” In March, USA Today noted that leaders of Mexico, Canada, the UK, Saudi Arabia, and Israel had condemned his offensive statements. David Cay Johnston has reported his crimes, such as gaming-law violations and perjury, and his ties to organized criminals; criminal investigations will follow. Finally, his most disturbing comments are a de facto admission of a pattern of sexual assault and harassment. The nation must be spared the diplomatic repercussions of the lawsuits concerning his misdeeds.
