impeachment/removal of all corrupted goverment personnel

I have heard that some american states are choosing to try an succeed from the united states union; however now is not the time for that with all of the enemies that our government have created. So I say instead of dividing our country and falling. I say we remove the corrupted from the government and reformat to encourage an uncorruptable government. Today congress can set their own pay, whats to say they don't abuse that.
