Republicans have violated the Preamble to promote the General Welfare, because every law passed promotes the General Welfare of the American People. There is absolutely nothing in the Constitution that allows sequestration to begin and continue in perpetuity. Republicans are violating the budgetary annual sequence process and are derelict in thier duties and oath of office in a way that is rebellious to the extent that they have become Domestic Enemies of the Constitution. Republicans have openly acknowleged that their main pupose is to oppose the President. There is no such requisite as part of their duties to oppose the President as a strategy which violates the Loyal Opposition Doctrine and make all those that practice this inappropriate policy derelict in their Concressional Duties.
