Mr. President, the impending austerity measures in Africa will devastate and create more chaos in that continent, please, any measures in place to help ameliorate the pains that over 1.1 billion Africans are about to go through? As an author of 4 books on Africa, I can see a repeat of a deadly past in the coming months.
