(1) Eliminate the IRS and the entire Federal Tax Code and replace it with a Federal Flat 10% tax to be applied to any income earned by an individual, business, or charity.
(2) Pass a constitutional amendment that does not allow the Federal government to increase the tax over 10%.
(3) Pass a law that requires the Federal Government to operate with a balanced budget.
(4) Any programs that cannot be funded within that budget will be relegated to control of each individual state where the people have better representation and control over taxes and spending.
